TO8 was subscribed with 271,540 warrants.
The total dilution upon full subscription in both warrant programs is 2.5%, and the share capital will increase by approximately SEK 1.8 million.
Warrant program TO9/TO10
TO9 and TO10, which were resolved at the Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2025, have an exercise period from May 19, 2028, to August 19, 2028, at a subscription price of SEK 11.41 per share. TO9 is directed to the Board of Directors and TO10 is directed to employees and strategically important consultants.
TO9 was subscribed with 65,000 warrants.
TO10 was subscribed with 355,000 warrants.
The total dilution upon full subscription in both warrant programs is 3.0%, and the share capital will increase by approximately SEK 2.1 million.
