Production Based on Recycled Lead
Sala Bly is currently the only lead products manufacturer in the Nordic region, delivering products based on recycled lead sourced from Boliden’s battery recycling operations in Sweden.
The company has an annual production capacity of 600–700 tonnes of lead and supplies customised radiation shielding products. Its customers are primarily found within the nuclear industry, research institutions, healthcare, hospitals and dental clinics. The company also supplies lead wire to ammunition manufacturers.
